Hilangnya Frase Agama Peta Jalan Pendidikan

Beberapa hari yang lalu banyak aksi berantai di media sosial terutama Whatsaap informasi adanya isu penghilangan kata agama dalam peta jalan pendidikan, Menolak Hilangnya Frasa “Agama“. Kembalikan Kepada Pendidikan Agama & Budi Pekerti https://www.twibbonize.com/sayamenolakhilangnyafrasaagamakembalikankepadafitrahuud1945.

Kritik ini juga datang dari Ketua Umum Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah Haedar Nashir.  Draf Peta Jalan Pendidikan per Mei 2020 menyebut Visi Pendidikan Indonesia 2035 adalah ‘Membangun rakyat Indonesia untuk menjadi pembelajar seumur hidup yang unggul, terus berkembang, sejahtera dan berakhlak mulia dengan menumbuhkan nilai-nilai budaya Indonesia dan Pancasila’.

dikutip dari cnnindonesia.com Haedar menyatakan tak setuju dengan visi pendidikan tersebut karena tidak memuat frasa ‘agama’. Dia menilai ketiadaan kata ‘agama’ dalam visi pendidikan telah melawan peraturan pemerintah terkait, UU Sisdiknas, UUD 1945, dan Pancasila dalam hierarki hukum Indonesia.

Sementara anggota DPR dari fraksi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS), Al Muzzammil Yusuf, dengan tegas meminta Kemendikbud mencabut draf Peta Jalan Pendidikan karena perkara tersebut. DPR sendiri memiliki dua catatan terkait rumusan itu.

Pertama, Peta Jalan Pendidikan harus merujuk pada UU Nomor 15 Tahun 2019 atas perubahan UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembenntukan Peraturan Perundangan-undangan, yang mengatur bahwa peraturan presiden hanya mungkin dikeluarkan bila ada perintah UU dan perintah pemerintah. Selama hal tersebut tidak terpenuhi, kata dia, maka Peta Jalan Pendidikan tidak bisa dijadikan peraturan presiden.

Kedua, Muzammil juga mendapati bahwa progres konsep Peta Jalan Pendidikan saat ini tidak sesuai dengan awal diajukan.

“Kami khawatir mindset dari pembuatan yang disebut perpres atau peta jalan ini memang sejak awal sudah tidak merujuk kepada semangat konstitusi dan UU pendidikan,” pungkasnya

Menurutnya, dalam sumber nilai konstruksi kehidupan kebangsaan ada tiga unsur yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan, yakni Pancasila, agama, dan budaya. Sementara Visi Pendidikan 2035 hanya menyebut ‘Pancasila’ dan ‘budaya’.

informasi ini begitu cepat dan masif sehingga begitu reaktif dan pemerintah langsung menanggapi melalui Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan melalui laman Facebook bahwa  beberapa isu yang beredar mengenai penghilangan kata “agama” dari Peta Jalan Pendidikan dan penghapusan mata pelajaran agama, Mendikbud yaitu mas menteri menyampaikan dengan tegas bahwa hal tersebut tidak benar. Agama bukan hanya hal yang sangat penting, namun hal esensial bagi pendidikan bangsa kita.

Pada saat ini, Peta Jalan Pendidikan dirancang untuk menciptakan pelajar yang beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME dan berakhlak mulia. Kemendikbud menyampaikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya atas masukan dan atensi berbagai kalangan bahwa kata “agama” perlu ditulis secara eksplisit untuk memperkuat tujuan Peta Jalan tersebut. Mendikbud memastikan bahwa kata “agama” akan secara eksplisit termuat pada revisi Peta Jalan Pendidikan selanjutnya.
