SILATURAHMI DAN BREAFING GTK DI ESPRASA

Suasana begitu sibuk, banyak Bpk dan Ibu Guru beserta staf karyawan Tata usaha di SMP NEGERI 1 PRAJEKAN hilir mudik mempersiapkan semua keperluan untuk menyambut Bapak KADIS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN KAB. BONDOWOSO yang baru. seperti mempersiapkan isi acara agar berlangsung meriah dan mewah walaupun sekolah kami berada dipinggiran berdekatan dengan perbatasan Kabupaten Situbondo.
Begitupun para siswa yang membantu untuk membuat kondisi semakin mantap dengan dipersiapkan diantaranya siswa dari Ekstra PMR dan Pramuka bertugas menyambut KADIS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN yaitu Bapak Dr, Drs. H. Sugiono Eksantoso, MM sambil mengucapkan Yel-yel.Ada dua Singo ulung hasil ekstra karawitan sebagai Icon Bondowoso menari-nari mengikuti iring musik Hadrah juga hasil dari ekstra hadrah, yang tak kalah menarik ada tiga gadis cantik untuk menari molong kopi juga hasil ekstra seni tari yang dimiliki SMP NEGERI 1 PRAJEKAN.
Waktu belum begitu siang, sekitar pukul 08.00 Wib datanglah Bapak Pengawas Bina yaitu Drs. H.Haeri,M.Pd.Melihat persiapan dan juga membimbing kekurangan sebelum acara dimulai.
Lalu Bapak/Ibu guru serta seluruh staf karyawan TU untuk masuk di Meeting Room. Urutan acara mulai dicoba, ada beberapa kali terjadi kegagalan dan kelucuan.Pada saat mencoba yel-yel selamat datang, yaitu: BONDOWOSO: MELESAT
DIKBUD: MAJU, KOMPAK ,BAHAGIA
ESPRASA: SPORTIF,COLABORATIF, HEBAT. Namun semua itu akhirnya teratasi semua untaian acara sudah selesai semua.
Dan ada yang menyampaikan informasi bahwa Bapak KADIS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN sudah bergerak menuju SMP NEGERI 1 PRAJEKAN.
Para siswa yang bertugas di garda terdepan segera mempersiapkan diri, dua Singo ulungpun bersiap di pintu gerbang, para musikus Hadrah siap dipelataran Masjid Al KAHFI, tiga gadis penari molong kopi menyiapkan diri di depan teras meeting room, serta Bpk/Ibu guru dan staf Tata usaha sudah mempersiapkan diri didalam meeting room.
Ibu Novia Yulianti,S.Pd,M.Pd bertugas pembawa acara, Ibu Sri Rahayu,S.Pd bertugas sebagai Dirigent lagu Indonesia Raya, Bpk. H. Zaini,S.Pdi selaku Pembaca doa.
Pada waktu yang telah ditentukan, tibalah Bpk Kadis Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kab Bondowoso beserta rombongan, lalu disambut dengan yel-yel yang sudah dirancang dengan apik oleh Bapak Nurhadi,S.Pd,M.MPd selaku Kepala Sekolah UPTD SPF SMP NEGERI 1 PRAJEKAN.
Yang terlihat pada saat itu Bapak Kadis juga semangat mengikuti yel-yel, dengan mengepalkan tangan kanan bak pejuang datang dengan kemenangan.samvutan meriahpun langsung terdengar dari grup Hadrah sambil bergoyang-goyang juga dua Singo ulungnya dan dilanjutkan penyambutan dari tiga gadis penari molong kopi, pada saat ini Bapak Kadis dan rombong ceria menikmati segala sajian yang terpancang apik, lalu setelah selesai bunyi musik sebagai iringan tari berpose sebentar bersama tiga penari,dua Singo ulung bersama Bapak Kepala Sekolah.
Dan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan bersama Bpk/Ibu guru serta staf karyawan Tata usaha,sambil melewati karpet merah yang tersedia,Bapak Kadis baru dengan gagah didampingi para rombongan masuklah ke meeting room sambil disambut oleh para warga ESPRASA.
Dan setelah itu Ibu Novi selaku pembawa acara memulai membuka acara mengikuti tata urutan kegiatan yang telah ditentukan.
Yang paling berkesan pada saat Bapak KADIS memberikan sambutan serta menyampaikan visi,misi, program dan profil diri. Beserta pengalaman- pengalaman selama menjabat Kacabdin Provinsi.
Banyak kelucuan yang terjadi yang disampaikan, mulai dari diri pribadi sampai sidak yang terjadi disuatu daerah, beliau datang pagi sekali ke salah satu sekolah dan disekolah itu hanya ada beberapa siswa dan seseorang yang menggunakan kaos training, yang paling lucu disini disaat Bapak KADIS bernyata pada salah satu siswa, lalu disambut oleh siswa dengan sapaan, Ada apa ” Lek?”. Dan yang paling lucu terjadi ada kepala sekolah yang tidak mengenal siapa Beliau?, MasyaAllah semoga ini tidak terjadi lagi, cerita ini yang paling lucu mengundang gelak tawa semua isi ruangan di meeting room.
Setelah selesai semua rangkaian acara, dilanjutkan dengan sesi foto bersama dan dilanjutkan ramah tamah bersama warga ESPRASA atau SMP NEGERI 1 PRAJEKAN dan good by lanjut menuju kegiatan selanjutnya.
Inti dari semua kegiatan ini,Bapak KADIS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN KAB BONDOWOSO segera mengadakan perubahan melalui 10 PROGRAM KERJA 100 DIKBUD BONDOWOSO diantaranya:
1.Peningkatan kinerja
2. Senyum, sapa, dan salam.
3. Tatap muka di masa pandemi jangan pakai HP tidak usah daring
4. Literasi mengaji
5. Pemetaan guru dan kepala sekolah
6. Peningkatan kinerja gtk melalui MGMP
7. Pemberdayaan OSIS
8. Permendikbud nomor 63 tahun 2014 tentang ekstra Pramuka
9. Mengadakan lembaga bantuan hukum
10. Mengaktifkan Dharma wanita.
